In the process of strengthening community resilience, Now and Tomorrow Uganda has developed the Kura!!! Kura!!! (Grow!!!Grow!!! in Rwandan dialect) as a way to economically empower the Soma!!!Soma!!! local structures to sustainably respond to the education needs of pupils in primary schools and to assist members generate income and also support a subset of Soma!!!Soma parents in groups.
The local structures are encouraged to form groups and are trained in group dynamics and management. They are guided to establish constitutions and by-laws, and are assisted in the registration process at the District local government. Proper training needs assessment is conducted and relevant training sessions are organization based on the livelihood project idea they have decided
Subsequently, Now and Tomorrow Uganda provides seed capital for the local enterprise. Though the group must have portrayed potential to enagage and contribute to the cause with locally available resources
